Monthly lease payment include: apartment rent, utilities, i.e. local telephone, water, TV. For extras: electricity, gas, cleaning, laundry, ironing, Hi-Speed Internet access. Security deposit is to be taken, some owners require the payment for the first and last month. Long term contract is to be signed. Minimum term for long term rentals is 1 month, but most of the owners prefer 6-12 months clients.

It’s extremely difficult to find long term rentals for summer period. It is easier to find an apartment at the end of October, because many owners would like long term clients for winter season.
