How to make the booking:

1. Make your selection with the help of our search system.

You can chose several apartments and check availably of each, if you have special requirements — such as Internet, handicapped facilities, bath or shower preference etc,  please indicate these details in the booking form. The best apartments would be offered to you ASAP, if there the apartment was chosen is not available - you’ll be able to get best quality apartments of the same price range.

2. Send the preliminary booking form.


3. Within short period of time you’ll get a reply form from our manager (in order to get it more quickly, send the SMS to the emergency number: +38 (067) 484-43-02.


4. Make you final selection, make sure that you’ve indicated all the essential details.


5. Send the final booking. Booking is to be guaranteed with 1night rate deposit. This deposit is not refundable in case of order cancellation, in case of now show. Please advice the payment method which is easier for you.


6. We’ll send you the booking confirmation shortly. You’ll get the chosen apartment on arrival, no changes from our side could be made without your reconfirmation. In case of force major the apartment you booked would be changed ONLY to a better quality apartment, price would remain the same.


7. Our driver would be waiting for you with the sign with your name in arrival hall. In case you can’t find the driver — please keep in touch and we’ll help you.


8. In the apartment — please check everything on arrival to the apartment — water, electricity, heating, Internet. In case there were some questions — call our manager for help. We don’t want you to lose your time in Odessa solving the problems with the apartments. That is why we always propose you better quality apartment for your price. Make the payment to a driver, security deposit of the amount of 1 night rate is to be taken also and will be refunded to you on the day of your departure in case nothing  is damaged in the apartment.



Please pay attention that standard check in time is 14:00, check out time is 12:00. In case you would like to stay till evening or for few more hours you can discuss this with a manager on arrival.

9. We provide each client with Odessa map on arrival. In case you would have any problems, questions, just need advice — please call our manager 09am-20pm by the phone 799-40-02.

10. See you in Odessa!

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you’ll have the exact apartment booked only in case this apartment have been confirmed to you.
We do not make the bookings for exact apartment for rental terms shorter than 5 days. If you would like to be sure that you’ll get apartment of the same quality and price as ordered — please send the one night rent deposit.

You can send not guaranteed booking (without 1st night payment), advice which apartment from the web page you liked, call us on arrival and we’ll try to get an apartment for you. In case of non guaranteed booking the apartment would be assigned only on the day of your arrival. But — July and August!

Deposit for guaranteed booking is required to confirm a reservation. This can be done by any of the following means.

1. You may pay the deposit with either Visa, Mastercard.
2. Western Union transfer. You can do it either from any WU office in your country or through the web site: www.westernunion.com.

Bank transfer
This way is longer than both mentioned above, but apartment availability option may change during those few days that money is on the way. Contact us for details if you prefer this way!
The balance should be paid on arrival, payments may be made in US dollars, Euro, local currency — grivna. Also security deposit is to be taken in the amount of 50-100USD. This deposit will be refunded to you on the day of your departure in case nothing is damaged in the apartment. Please be careful with all the stuff inside and everything would be fine.

Cancellations
For guaranteed bookings, the deposit is  not  refundable in case of booking cancellation, although date changes could be made not later than 7 days before arrival.
