All three rooms are separate – could be in use as 3 bedroom apartment. There is a big bed in each bedroom, 18 sq m living room with fold out bed, 2 armchairs. Windows – Deribasovskaya str. view. There are tiles floor in big 10 sq m bathroom & WC. The apartment is fitted with all needed consumer electronics such as TV set with satellite (75 channels), iron, fridge, air conditioner, CD, DVD, hair dryer, electric kettle, microwave, high speed Internet - cable modem 1USD/day. Central heating system (from to October to April), autonomous water supply, electric boiler for water.
