There are some apartments near the sea side, but most of them are available only in summer (during winter time they are on long term rent). The best area to stay in Odessa is the downtown, you’ll find all infrastructure here (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, banks, Internet Cafes etc.), the taxi to Arcadia area (seaside) would cost 25-30grivnas (5-6USD) only, double rate at night. Downtown is a more secure area – because it’s lit up, with streets busy with peoples during day and night, our police supervise it during 24 hours.
How to chose an apartment in Odessa

There are many apartments in Odessa which are 0-2*, but we prefer to work with good quality apartments. All apartments are situated in good and secure area for tourists.

5* deluxe — the highest quality apartment recently renovated, expensive furniture, all possible technical units, extremely good quality of all the furnishings and fixtures in the apartment, sheets, towels, dishes etc. Recommended for people who would like to spend extra money to get more comfort.
5* — very good apartment recently renovated, new style good quality furniture, all the amenities, technical units like big TV set, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
4* — standard quality apartments, smaller amount of technical units.
3* — apartments are suitable for tourists who are not interested in comfort, who spend only a few hours a day in the apartment and do not care about furniture, quality of dishes etc. 3* is an economy apartment, not necessarily in the best location, best entrance and best renovation. However, most of cheaper apartments from our listing are small size apartments in downtown area, renovated, good quality. We do not work with bad apartments.

We have studio, 1room, 2 rooms/one bedroom,3 rooms/2 bedroom, 4 rooms/3 bedroom apartments in Odessa.
Studio apartments are smallest apartments in our listing and cheaper rents. These apartments consist mainly of one large room in which the living, dining, and bedroom areas are combined. There are usually kitchen facilities as part of this room. No hall. Bathroom is a separate room, with a small Jacuzzi tub in high class apartments, standard bathtub or shower cabin in cheaper studios. A small studio apartment is a great option for young people or anyone staying alone or together with one more person, for anyone who came to Odessa for holidays and who intends to spend more time outdoors than in the apartment.

Three bedroom apartments in Odessa — big apartments, more than 120 sq. designed for 3 people, 3 couples or big families. Good choice as affordable accommodation if you are a big party traveling . These apartments are in rent mostly only during summer months, their owners prefer to have long time clients for winter. There would be 2 bathrooms, 3 separate bedrooms and living area for the use of all inhabitants.
Pricing of our apartments in Odessa
There are 2 seasons for pricing — PEAK season, Off-PEAK season.
PEAK season (June-September) — The demand for rentals is very high, all apartments usually get booked out very quickly. We highly recommend that you book well in advance if you require an apartment during these times. It may also be difficult to find an apartment for more than 7-10 days rental period. During this period all apartments from all rating categories are in use in all possible areas of Odessa. This is a period during which owners are unlikely to negotiate any discounts, and may be too busy to arrange preliminary viewings of apartments for future tenants It is difficult to arrange a long term apartment lease during PEAK season.
Off-PEAK season (all other months) — this is a quiet season when only the best agents have clients, when only the best apartments are in rent 30 days a month. During this period tourists generally have a greater choice of apartments, agents can spend more time helping you find most suitable accommodation in Odessa. During this season you can ask the owner to make a discount.
